(a Massachusetts-based corporation henceforth referred to as the Company) and delivered as a complimentary planning and networking resource to its clients. The Company receives no payment for the inclusion of individual Vendors; the decision to include a Vendor is based on the Company’s personal experiences with said Vendors and/or anecdotal testimonies from the Company’s clients. The Company reserves the right to include and/or remove Vendor listings from this website and its associated marketing materials at the Company’s sole discretion. If any Vendor wishes to remove its listing, please contact the Company with said request, and the listing will be promptly removed.

Hold Harmless
Visitors to this website (henceforth referred to as Users) acknowledge that the Company did introduce them to or provide the name(s) of various Vendors to be potentially used in conjunction with formal events. However, in engaging the services of those Vendors, users are aware that the Company was merely making a recommendation as to said Vendor. Users acknowledge that the final choice relating to the hiring of a particular Vendor was theirs and theirs alone, and that the Company did not influence, exert, pressure, or coerce them into the final decision relative to the hiring of a particular Vendor. In considering of the foregoing, Users hereby take action for themselves, their executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:

a.) Users waive, release and discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of a particular Vendor or its agents or employees, errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any Vendor or its agents or employees, property damage caused by a Vendor or its agents or employees, property theft caused by a Vendor or its agents or employees, or any action(s) done at the direction of the Vendor or its agents or employees, the Company, and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents;
b.) Users indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the Company and agree to Indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of Users choosing a particular Vendor, whether caused by the negligence of that Vendor, the action or inaction of the Vendor or otherwise.

USERS CERTIFY: I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I USE THIS RESOURCE OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
